My name is Monte Tyson Payne. I’m 53 years old. I have partial paralysis in my legs due to a previous injury that ended with titanium hardware in my spinal cord. I recently had a few procedures done, resulting in an infection that attacked my hardware. I caught it in time. I’m in Harborview Hospital, Seattle, fighting this infection, and now a large rash has covered all my lower extremities from the waist down, including my private parts, unfortunately. I am also trying to get my Hereditary Hemochromatosis in order. The only way to do that is an ancient procedure done 3 times a month called bloodletting. Another term for Hemochromatosis is iron overload syndrome. All of the iron I have ingested in my body since I was an infant has been storing up in all my vital organs, so bloodletting will let the iron deplete from my body, which will make me healthier. I’m having a difficult time getting around to all my appointments at peace health hospital and the cancer center in Bellingham. I live in Ferndale. I have my drivers license. so my goal is to try and get a different vehicle for myself that’s comfortable to get back and forth. Plus, I go to the clinic every morning. I have $800 saved up so far from myself. I’d appreciate any help. Thank you.
