I got laid off in December 2023. I couldn't afford my SF apartment, so I had a settlement with the landlord and moved out. My kids' grandma moved to Marin, so I tried living there. My income wasn't consistent (I was substitute teaching and doing some freelance work), so I ended up not being able to afford the Marin apartment and had a settlement there.

A miracle happened, and I got offered a government job in SF (technically I'm a contractor). I love my new job, and I was able to stay with the grandma for a month. Now I can't live with grandma anymore, and I'm couch surfing. I'm technically unhoused.

I can afford a studio in SF if I get some help with the deposit. I need $2400 to be able to move in. Please help me out in any way you can.
