Help Me Say Tata To The Tatas!

I’m a trans man, I hate my tatas, I want them gone.

Seriously though. Unlike a lot of trans people my journey thus far hasn’t been super long. In fact, I’ve only been completely out as a man for a year, and on testosterone for about 8 and a half months. Up until that point, I’d been in a position where I didn’t think I could address my discomfort with my assigned gender. So now that I can, I feel behind and I want to catch up to where I feel like I should be! Part of that catching up was starting testosterone. That has made significant changes to my voice, and even bigger ones to my body and face. Those changes have made top surgery feel urgent. The mismatch between my rather large tatas, and my new masculine face both increases my dysphoria about my chest, and makes me feel nervous about my safety as it instantly outs me as trans in a lot of situations.
Top surgery is expensive, both because of the actual out of pocket medical costs and because of the missed work due to recovery and healing time. Because my job is a physical one I will likely have to be out of work for upwards of a month. However, I will still have all the bills and financial responsibilities I had before surgery. That’s why I’m asking you all for your help. I feel that top surgery is something I need, both to feel complete, and to feel safe but I certainly can’t afford to do it on my own.
So can you help me say tata to the tatas? I know that people are just getting to where they have a steady income again so I’m not expecting miracles, but any little bit will help and I can get closer to being the real me! So drop a couple bucks if you can and if you can’t, share this like those chain letters in the 90s! (I mean you should share it either way though!)
