Hi everyone,

I never thought I'd be in a position where I'd need to ask for help like this, but the past few weeks have been overwhelming.

Recently, I experienced a flooding incident in my condo that forced me out of my home and completely disrupted my living situation. While trying to manage the stress and unexpected costs that came with that, my dog Toby developed a serious eye condition.

Toby currently has a painful eye ulcer and is undergoing treatment, but there's a risk it could worsen, if the medications don't work and he could go blind. He will need to see a specialist to find out the long term effect of this. The vet bills, medications, and follow up visits have added up quickly, on top of the financial strain of being displaced from my home.

I'm doing everything I can to manage this on my own while continuing to work full time, but the combination of everything has become too much to handle at once.

Toby means everything to me. I actually got him after my mom passed away 4 yrs ago. I've always said he's my happiness he brought joy back into my life. Seeing him in pain and not being able to fix it instantly has been incredibly hard.
