Help me save Spike from FIP!

My name is Dave, and this is my little boy Spike.

We first met when he was found dumped in a bag at the side of the road with 6 siblings. They were 5 weeks old. We lost 3 of them. Spike took around 6 months to get healthy. He's just turned 2 years old and has always been a bit of a weakling, which has made him even more special to me.

But now he's been diagnosed with FIP, which is an aggressive illness and usually fatal without expensive treatment. The treatment lasts for 12 weeks, we don't have a final quote for it yet, but the vet said 2 years ago it cost almost £7,000.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to cover all the cost of the treatment, and without the treatment my only option is to have Spike euthanised. He's been there for me through some very dark times, I need to give him a chance.

Please help me give my boy a chance! He's the most loving little guy. He's got his whole life ahead of him ❤️

I'll post regular updates throughout his treatment, if we raise enough for it. Spike's being treated by West Lakeland Vets, in Egremont.
