Help Me Save Ra’s Life

After 3 of the scariest days of my life, my baby Ra is finally home from the emergency vet. His condition is stable for now but there’s a long fight ahead of us.

Ra survived a high fever, internal bleeding, two blood transfusions, a biopsy, days of vomiting blood and dehydration.

The doctors found a bleeding mass in his stomach.

It’s either a severe ulcer or a tumor.

There is a 60% chance it’s cancer, most likely lymphoma or carcinoma.

We’re waiting on biopsy results to know more, but the next steps will involve expensive treatment.

His vet bills are already over $10,378, spread across three credit cards. And this is just the beginning.

These details aren’t shared for pity—it’s for transparency.

People often think they know someone’s life, but what you see is maybe 20–30% of the truth.

You see the vacations, not the 6 months of saving.

You don’t see me living with my mom, maxing out cards, or doing whatever I have to do just to stay afloat.

I’ve never been great at asking for help.

But this time, it’s not for me, it’s for Ra.
