Help Me Save Princess Trixie

For those of you who have met Trixie, you know that she has always been a very happy, loving and healthy girl.

This morning, I had to take her to the emergency vet after a day of seeing her suffer through pain. There, I received the bad news; Trixie is severely anemic (red blood cell levels of 12) and will have to be hospitalized and, most likely, need a blood transfusion....one of many.

Her doctor has examined her for any underlying causes but nothing has been found. It may just be that Trixie’s body is not supporting rapid reproduction of red blood cells.

I was left with the tough choice of moving forward with expensive treatment or saying good-bye to my baby girl. I chose the former. I couldn’t simply let her go after she has gifted me so much joy, love and happiness. 

I am not one to ask others for monetary assistance but I decided that this is the moment that I need to humble myself and ask for your help in helping me save my Trixie. She is the love of my life and I want her to know how much she means to me. Nothing is too small; any amount you can offer will be appreciated by us both.
