HELP ME SAVE MY VISION – Urgent Retinal Surgery Needed

Hello, my name is Jose Antonio Cortes. I am humbly reaching out because I am facing a medical emergency that could cost me my sight.

Not long ago, I suffered a retinal detachment and had to undergo surgery to save my vision. It was a very difficult time — I sold almost all of my belongings just to afford that first surgery. Unfortunately, my retina has detached again, and I am now in urgent need of a second surgery to prevent permanent blindness.

As an immigrant, I do not have access to the resources or support systems that many others might have. This situation has left me financially and emotionally exhausted. I have done everything I can on my own, but this time, I cannot do it alone.
