Help me save my sweet girl

if you’ve ever met this little old lady, you already know how sweet and gentle she is. How funny and loyal she is, also how orn’rey and annoying she can be. She has been a nanny to both my children, and my own personal unofficial ESA She’s had a rough year with cancer that we removed successfully, and she’s been working on her fitness and lost 15-20 lbs. she really only has one vice, and it’s eating… ANYTHING. Can dogs have pica? Anyway. If it’s gross and she can get it, it’s a treat. Normally she passes whatever it is with little difficulty, but apparently she has met her match. Something is stuck in there and they have to cut it out. And that’s where we’re in a pickle. Times are tight and I’m a little strapped. So I’m out here begging ‍♂️
