Help me save my squad and house

Recently life has hit me hard and it’s affecting everything from my job to all the dogs .. I’ve had to rehome 2 of them already and one person wants to give one back … I can’t afford their meds and can’t even imagine what I’d do if something goes wrong .. I’m looking for a second job right now and still working my day job but it’s not paying enough. I was with someone and they left us so that income isn’t there .. the only option I have is to sell the house and I would have to rehome most of the dogs as I can’t bring that many dogs anywhere.. any help is appreciated.. captain needs his meds in 4 days.. I’m embarrassed just asking this but I don’t know what to do at this point. I don’t want to lose any more dogs.
