HELP ME SAVE MY PUPPY JOKER ANYTHING HELPS

My dog got a hold of a bottle of Advil I brang him straight to vet right away . They only gave him activated charcoal and vitamin k . He should of called poison control . He should of made him vomit . Not even 24 hrs later he is now in liver failure at veterinary emergency group in brooklyn . He is in critical condition but I have to try I am optimistic. He 

 He has kidney failure . He needs to be on dialysis due to acute nature of liver and kidney injury. He needs intensive care ICU and specialty evaluation. This can only be done in a speciality hospital . They think the best thing to do is to put him to sleep but I can’t do that to him . I need to try
