One year after my birth I was diagnosed with Motor Development Delayed commonly called Cerebral Palsy. It did drastically affect my ability to control my movement. My hands are constantly in a fist and the rest of my body is always tense. This has created a major problem with my back which makes me really uncomfortable and painful all the time. All this back muscle tension has caused the development of Scoliosis (curvature of the spine).

My spine is not just twisted in one way but in multiple directions.

My doctors have said that I need to get a surgery to straighten my spine. If I don’t do the surgery soon, all that twisting is going to start squeezing my lungs. I kind of need them to breathe so there is an issue there…a major issue actually.

Un año después de mi nacimiento me diagnosticaron Retraso en el Desarrollo Motor comúnmente llamado Parálisis Cerebral. Afectó drásticamente mi habilidad para controlar mi movimiento. Mis manos están constantemente en puños y el resto de mi cuerpo siempre está tenso. Esto ha creado un gran problema en mi espalda que me hace sentir realmente incómodo y doloroso todo el tiempo. Toda esta tensión de los músculos de la espalda ha provocado el desarrollo de la Escoliosis (curvatura de la columna). Mi columna vertebral no solo está torcida en una dirección sino en múltiples direcciones. Mis médicos han dicho que necesito someterme a una cirugía para enderezar mi columna. Si no realizo la cirugía pronto, toda esa torsión comenzará a apretar mis pulmones. Necesito que respiren, así que hay un problema allí... un problema importante en realidad. Espero que pueda contribuir para ayudarme a pagar esta cirugía. Si no puede ayudarme en este momento, por favor considérelo la próxima vez que pueda.
