Help Me Save My Home & Keep My Dogs
Hi, my name is April, and I didn't think I’d be in this position. I’m reaching out because I need help to save my home and keep my two dogs, Clutch and Sassy, who mean the world to me. Life has thrown more at me than I can handle alone, and I’m asking for support to get through this storm.
Why I Need Your Help
A series of financial hardships have put me in a situation where I’m at risk of losing my home. As a trans woman, finding stable work and housing hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve worked hard to build a safe space for myself and my dogs. Now, that safe space is in jeopardy, and I can’t imagine losing my home—or worse, being forced to give up my dogs.
Clutch has been my best friend for 12 years, my rock through every high and low. Sassy, my late mother’s dog, came into my life after she passed, and I promised to take care of her. Losing them isn’t an option.
Where Your Donations Will Go
Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
- Catching up on rent payments to stop eviction.
- Paying essential bills to keep the lights on and food in the fridge.
- Making sure Clutch and Sassy have everything they need—food, vet care, and a safe home to stay in.
