Help Me Save My Home and Stability

Hello friends, family, and kind supporters,

This is not easy for me to write, but I am at a place where I truly need help. I have worked hard to keep my home, stay healthy, and push through every obstacle life has thrown my way — but right now, I am in danger of losing everything.

Here’s a little of what I’ve been facing:

• A long housing search that has not yet led to a safe place that fits my needs.

• Burst pipes and costly home repairs I can’t afford.

• My mortgage lender demanding a large lump-sum payment after deferrals, which ruined my credit and left me unable to refinance (yet).

• Property overgrowth and car repairs that have added to the financial strain.

• A torn rotator cuff that requires surgery in late August, which will slow me down even more.

Despite all this, I’ve tried to keep my health up with maintaining my faith and determination. I still have equity in my home, which is my retirement money, and I’m working hard to access it through a refinance. But unless I get immediate help to cover bills and stop foreclosure threats, I may lose my home before I can reach that step.

If that happens, everything I’ve worked for will be gone.

I am humbly asking for your support — whether it’s $10, $20, or whatever you can spare. Truly, if just a fraction of family, friends and other people were able to give even a small amount, I would be in a much safer place right now.
