Help Me Save My Home and Heal My Life

I'm trying to save my house and correct my life from a very unfortunate year. In February of 2023 I bought a house with my mom. The intent was to buy the house together and after a few years the house would gain value and my credit would increase. I would then borrow against the house to get a conventional loan for my own house with no money down and give that house to my mom. In February of 2024 my mother got fired for dating a resident at her job. I pleaded with her to get a job to help but she remained unemployed for 7 months while I struggled to pay all of the bills. In May of 2024 my grandma passed away and my mother insisted my grandfather move in. With her depressed over my grandmas passing she tried to move her new boyfriend in and to my protest it created tension in the household. In july of 2024 tensions came to a head and after arguing about her boyfriend coming over she assaulted me and my nephew in front of my best friends before a trip to gatlinburg we had planned for almost a year. I filed a police report but avoided pressing charges as that's my mom and I was trying to keep the peace with my grandfather also living there. In October of 2024 I asked her boyfriend not to be at the house so much and respect how I feel in a house that I own and he got upset and assaulted me causing me to bleed from my eye and ear. My mom helped him hold me down and then lied to police. After that I pressed charges on my mom for her earlier assault and filed charges against her boyfriend. And lastly in December 2024 my car caught on fire and exploded in a kohls parking lot while I was inside shopping for Christmas presents. So I'm hoping for some money to help pay medical bills, lawyer fees, a new car to drive, and/or getting my house out of foreclosure. However much I can raise I'm just appreciative for any support.
