Help Me Save My Friend's Little Girl, Roshana
Donation protected
My heart aches for my dear friend and her daughter, Roshana. Three years ago, at just three years old, Roshana was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that had already spread to her bones and bone marrow. I watched as she endured months of intense chemotherapy, surgery, a stem cell transplant, radiation, and a year of high-dose medication. She fought bravely through every step, and for a time, we believed she had won. Sadly, her cancer has now returned, their worst fear realized, but fortunately, there is still hope.
Roshana, who loves long hair and its beautiful accessories, and who used to love running freely, is now facing a new battle. Her condition has taken away these simple joys, but her spirit remains strong. She has started chemotherapy again, but this time it's not a cure—it's to stop the disease from progressing further. A promising clinical trial in Mainz, Germany, offers an advanced immunotherapy treatment specifically designed for children like her. This immunotherapy is her best, and potentially only, path to a cure. Time is of the essence. The costs of participation, medical care, and hospital stays are overwhelming, and my friend cannot do this alone.
I'm organizing this fundraiser to help raise the funds needed for Roshana's treatments and care. Every moment counts, and we are racing against time to get her started in the clinical trial as soon as possible. Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to saving her life. Please spread the word by sharing this with your friends, family, and anyone who might help. Your kindness, support, and hope mean the world to us.
With your help, we can give Roshana the chance she deserves, and one day, she can have long hair again and run and play freely like other children. Thank you for standing with me and my friend in this fight for Roshana.
