Around early December my dog Rex, who just turned 7, broke his leg as he was jumping off the car and we immediately took him to the vet. Multiple testing has been done since then because the surgeon did not want to risk doing surgery because his X-rays looked “odd”. This week he was diagnosed with  Osteosarcoma (bone cancer)  on the broken leg. His best chance of survival is to have that leg amputated asap. The most recent test showed that it has not spread to other parts of the body, so he has a very good chance of living a normal life as a 3 legged dog. We have ran out of $ with all the testing, X-rays, oncologist visits, etc. Our credit cards are maxed out. The Santillan family will be so thankful for any amount donated. We appreciate any help so that Rex can be around with all of us for more years.
