Help me save my dog Lucy! She is in the emergency room!

If you know me you know I never ask for help, I'm normally the one helping others. I hate asking for help but tonight I am asking for HELP and PRAYERS! Our dog Lucy has been pooping blood since 6:30am this morning. She has lost alot of blood. The doctor is still unsure of the cause., but X-rays show 3 abnormal pockets in her belly but the dr is u sure if its air or fluid. She needs to stay over night to get fluids because she is dehydrated and Lathorgic. Her breathing has changed af you can tell she is in pain. The Dr. Is aware of my financial situation and they are trying to work with me. Depending on her condition through the night and in the morning at 6 will determine if they think it's safe for her to leave. My heart's broken and I'm on my knees praying she gets better soon. I do not have enough to pay for more then tonight and to be 100% honest I spent me rent money for what I have already paid. I need 2000$ to take her home at 7am if the Dr thinks it's a good idea and 5k if she were to stay until Monday.
