Help me save my best friend Ozzy

This is Ozzy. He is about 4 years old. He has a UT blockage. This procedure is expensive, and I cannot afford it. I have exhausted all possibilities.

I am close to surrendering him just to get him the help he needs. He is my best friend, and the thought of him dying because I don't make enough money is killing me. It will break me if he dies because I don't make enough money. Please, for him, help if ya can.
