Help Me Save My Best Friend Klaus

I hate to have to ask for help. My poor kitty Klaus is back at the vet for his second urinary blockage. He first blocked in the middle of January this year. From there we struggled to get rid of his UTI. We thought everything was good. He was on a special diet that was working. Then I had to rush him back to the emergency vet. He is blocked again and they are recommending he get the Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) Surgery. I had already maxed out my credit card for the first blockage and I can barely scrap the money together for this current hospital stay. I would not be able to afford this surgery and if he doesn’t get it he has a very high chance of another blockage. I am begging for help. He is my best friend and I have no one who can help me. He is the sweetest kitty and doesn’t deserve this. I’m terrified I will have to put him down if I can’t afford the surgery. I’m very grateful to anyone who reads this and if you are able to help me in anyway. ❤️
