Help me save Luna's life

My beautiful dog, my best friend, my everything, Luna, was hit by a car yesterday on a main road. She was bleeding internally and had multiple other injuries including a serious fracture of her back leg, which is broken into 3 pieces. 

The estimated cost for the entire ordeal is up to $20,000 as she requires multiple surgeries and around-the-clock care. (Thank you to everyone who's already donated to my paypal - you guys have already helped to raise $3000 for her )

She is currently in critical condition and has just had a surgery to stop the bleeding (which so far has been successful, but I don't want to speak too soon), but we have a long way to go and it will be a long road to recovery.
