Lil Raider is French Bulldog who is 6 weeks old, and needs open chest surgery. He was born with PRAA (persistent
right aortic arch) which can be fixed only by      
surgery.  He can’t keep food down because of 
this and he’s losing weight by the day. This
procedure needs a specialized surgeon ( who we’ve found) but the procedure is extremely
costly. 

Without immediate surgery, this lil guy won’t make it :(
