I’m Jose (@joseinbk), and after 10 years of long-distance running, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been FINALLY selected as a charity runner for the 2026 Tokyo Marathon. This race is extra special because it will be my 20th marathon ever.

I’m running to support Pride House Tokyo, an incredible organization dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ+ community in Japan. Their work goes beyond sports - they provide education, advocacy, and support that help build a society where everyone can belong.
