I’m reaching out to share my story and a dream I’m working toward—one that could change lives, including my own. At 27, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), a condition that has profoundly shaped my life. Over the years, I’ve faced challenges that tested my resilience: weeks without the ability to taste, vision issues, and moments of numbness that reminded me of the unpredictable nature of this disease. But along the way, I’ve also discovered strength, determination, and a calling to make a difference.

Living with MS has taught me that health and wellness are more than just physical—they’re deeply connected to mindset, nutrition, and support. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to inspire and empower others navigating similar journeys. Through my podcast, blog, and advocacy, I’ve shared my story to create a community of hope and strength for those facing the uncertainties of MS.

Now, I want to take my passion a step further by becoming a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC). This program will equip me with the tools to help others better understand the role of nutrition and lifestyle in managing MS and other chronic conditions. My goal is to combine my personal experiences with professional expertise to guide others toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
