We are Jorge Guzmán's family and today we come to you to ask for help at a very difficult time for all of us.

Jorge is Venezuelan, father of 4 children and a hardworking man. He arrived in the United States 5 years ago looking for a better future for his family and since then he has dedicated himself to working and getting ahead.

He was unexpectedly arrested by ICE when he was returning from work and was later transferred from Miami to a detention center in another state, away from his children and his entire family.

Today we need to raise funds to be able to hire an immigration lawyer to represent him, fight to prevent him from being deported and can help us get Jorge released and return home with his children.

As a family we maintain our faith in God and we trust that, with his help and that of many kind-hearted people, Jorge will be able to overcome this moment.

Somos la familia de Jorge Guzmán y hoy acudimos a ustedes para pedir ayuda en un momento muy difícil para todos nosotros.

Jorge es venezolano, padre de 4 hijos y un hombre trabajador. Llegó a Estados Unidos hace 5 años buscando un mejor futuro para su familia y desde entonces se ha dedicado a trabajar y salir adelante.

Fue detenido por ICE de manera inesperada cuando regresaba de trabajar y posteriormente fue trasladado de Miami a un centro de detención en otro estado, lejos de sus hijos y de toda su familia.

Hoy necesitamos reunir fondos para poder contratar a un abogado de inmigración que lo represente, luche para evitar que sea deportado y pueda ayudarnos a lograr que Jorge salga en libertad y vuelva a casa con sus hijos.

Como familia mantenemos nuestra fe en Dios y confiamos en que, con su ayuda y la de muchas personas de buen corazón, Jorge podrá superar este momento.
