Help needed to make it to physical therapy

. On March 25, I was in a horrific car accident. By the grace of God, I made out with just a broken left leg from the knee down. Requiring me to have two corrective surgeries.

I’m home now but have found out my insurance will end on April 30. I will not be able to apply for insurance until I return to work, which is in about 12 weeks, depending on how well I do in therapy.

My accident has hit us financially hard …leaving us with just one income.

The out of pocket expense for my orthopedic and physical therapy follow ups

will be impossible to pay. I’m praying and asking for help to reach my goal so I can make my appointments on time.
