I found myself in a difficult financial situation after my divorce! My husband didn't pay the car loan, which was registered in both our names, and didn't help with the children's finances, leaving me with all the responsibilities. He lied about paying, which ultimately led to the car being towed for non-payment. I was left without a car or means of transportation with three children. If I don't pay the car debt and return it by October 6th, the car will be auctioned off, and the debt will still be on me!
