For those who know Rich Curry, you know his heart is as big as the meals he’s cooked. A professional chef for over 40 years, Rich dedicated his life to serving others — from busy kitchens to private events — always taking pride in creating food that brought people together. After decades of hard work, he retired at 62, moving to the Philippines to enjoy a simpler, peaceful life he had truly earned.
But today, Rich needs our help.
Recently, Rich suffered a severe stroke that left him in a difficult situation — far from home, with limited access to the medical care he urgently needs. His savings have run out, and the healthcare resources where he lives simply can’t provide the rehabilitation and ongoing treatment necessary for him to recover. He’s fighting every day to regain strength, but without proper medical support, his condition could worsen.
The goal of this fundraiser is to bring Rich home to the United States, where he can receive the specialized medical attention and rehabilitation services he deserves. The funds raised will go toward:

- Airline and transportation costs for Rich’s return home
