Help Me Retain My Eyesight and Independent Capacity!

Please help me maintain my independence!

I'm terrified of losing my eyesight and my mental capacity.

After cataract surgery my vision is incredibly impaired due to the poor quality of lens used to replace the natural lenses in my eyes. Dr. claims I've excessive inflammation that may cause more damage over coming weeks. Diminishing my visual ability instead of repairing it some. Now I'm left to depend on others as a result. Without proper lens replacements, I'll never be able to drive myself, or be independent in anything. The treatments are more expense than I'm capable of affording.

So once again. The fear of blindness is chomping at my heart!
