Help This Veteran Turn the Lights Back On – $3,000 Goal
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Tyler. I’m a proud U.S. Army veteran and a full-time student living in Augusta, Georgia. I'm reaching out because I’m facing a crisis I can’t manage alone.
Due to recent life changes and financial hardship, my power has been disconnected. I’m currently dealing with a $3,000 past due utility bill from Georgia Power. I’ve attached a copy of the official bill to show this is real and not exaggerated.

I’ve reached out to every local and national organization I could find—veteran services, nonprofits, churches, emergency relief programs—but unfortunately, with the Memorial Day weekend, most offices are closed and won’t reopen until Tuesday, May 27, 2025. I simply don’t have that kind of time to wait.
That’s why I’m asking for help here. I need immediate assistance to restore my power and get back on my feet. Even $5 or a share could make a huge difference. I’ve already started school under the Post-9/11 GI Bill, but that only covers housing—it doesn’t stretch far enough for emergencies like this.
I’m doing everything I can to stay afloat and rebuild my life, but right now I’m in the dark—literally. If you can help, I would be forever grateful. Your kindness means more than you know.
With thanks and respect,
Tyler Mosley
