My name is Wales, and this is one of the most difficult things I have ever had to write.

I am reaching out with humility and hope because I have exhausted every option available to me. I am currently facing severe financial hardship, and I urgently need dental treatment that I simply cannot afford.

For years, I have been living with worsening tooth decay that now requires comprehensive dental care, including diagnostic X-rays, deep cleaning, dental fillings, possible root canal treatments, dental crowns, and surgical treatment for two impacted wisdom teeth. The pain and discomfort have gradually become a daily reality, affecting my ability to eat comfortably, sleep well, focus on my work, and live with confidence.

Beyond my own health challenges, life has placed enormous responsibilities on my shoulders. In 2018, I lost my father, and since then I have become the primary source of support for my family. As the firstborn, I help care for my mother and my six younger siblings. Every financial resource I have has gone toward helping my family survive and meet their basic needs, leaving little or nothing for my own medical care.

As someone who has always believed in working hard and helping others, asking for financial assistance is incredibly difficult. I have tried to remain strong and solve my problems independently, but today I find myself with no realistic alternative. Without treatment, my dental condition is expected to continue worsening, leading to more pain, more complex procedures, and even higher medical costs.

I am seeking $12,000 to help cover the costs of my dental diagnosis and treatment, including examinations, X-rays, periodontal treatment, fillings, root canals, crowns, wisdom tooth surgery, medications, and follow-up care. Any funds received will be used solely for these medical expenses. If my final treatment costs are lower than anticipated, any remaining funds will be applied to related dental care and recovery expenses.
