My name is Jason, and I'm reaching out because I'm facing a tough situation at home. I recently ran out of propane, and as a result, my water lines have frozen. Despite running three electric heaters, I just can't get my house warm enough to unfreeze the pipes. It's been incredibly stressful trying to keep things together, especially with the cold making daily life so much harder.

I've just started a new full-time job and have been working hard for the past two weeks, but I'm still catching up on other bills. My friends and family have helped me get this far, but right now, I can't make it without having water in my home.
