For a while now, I’ve been visiting PetSmart and noticing how the birds are kept in very small cages, often without much attention or interaction. It’s heartbreaking to see these sweet animals in such confined spaces, and I’ve always wished I could do something to help. Recently, I found a bird there that I really connected with, but the cost to bring it home is much higher than I can afford on my own.

I want to give this bird a loving home where it can thrive outside of a tiny cage. I’m lucky enough to have a huge cage from a friend, filled with toys and space for the bird to play and explore.
