I am incredibly humbled to be named to the inaugural Team USA Inline Women’s Master’s team that will be competing at the MIHWA World Cup in May. Up until this year, this annual tournament was open exclusively to men. So, this is a major step toward growing the women’s game internationally and I am proud to be a part of giving back to the game that has given me so much.

Sadly, participation fees including flights, lodging and jerseys fall upon each individual player. Right now, airline tickets to Garmisch-Partenkirchen are over $1,500 and our hotels, meals and jerseys are estimated to cost over $1,500.

With the high costs associated with the tournament, I am turning to my friends, family and the hockey community for financial support. As a veteran, any opportunity to represent my country is an immense honor.
