Help Me Represent JROTC with a Drill Rifle

Hi, my name is Travis Sperl, and I'm an incoming freshman proudly joining JROTC with a big dream: to one day attend the United States Air Force Academy.

Even before my first day of high school, I’ve earned a spot on the Armed Drill Team called the Silver Kights—a position usually held by upperclassmen. I’m deeply committed to the program and ready to give my absolute best for the next four years.

To take this next step in my journey, I’m fundraising to get an M1903 Drill Rifle, a key piece of equipment used in drill competitions and ceremonies. This rifle would allow me to train at a higher level, compete with confidence, and represent my school and program with pride.

If I’m able to reach my goal, I plan to:

Use the rifle in official drill team competitions and events

Share my progress and experiences through photos and videos on social media

Inspire others to pursue leadership, discipline, and service
