Hi! My name is Nada Wegrzyn, and I’m a karate athlete proudly representing England in kata, the technical discipline of karate. I'm reaching out for your support as I prepare for the 2026 European Karate Championships in Cyprus, where I've just been selected to represent my country once again.
2025 Has Been a Game-Changer
This year has been my most successful yet. In June 2025, I competed at the Karate1 Youth League in Poreč, Croatia—one of the toughest international youth events on the WKF calendar—and I came home with the gold medal in Cadet Kata. Standing on the top of that podium was one of the proudest moments of my life.
That victory helped secure my World Karate Federation (WKF) world ranking of 4th in my category and cemented my place among Europe’s elite young athletes.
Unforgotable experience - Gold at Youth League in Porec in 2025, one of the toughest competitions in Karate.
Now, I've been selected to represent England at the 2026 European Championships. This is a massive opportunity, and I'm training hard to be at my best for this high-level international competition.
Why I Need Your Support
Competing at this level involves serious costs—international travel, accommodation, entry fees, squad training camps, and equipment. While I’m fully committed to putting in the work on the mat, I need a team of supporters to help make this journey possible.
How Your Donation Helps
Your support will go directly towards:
- Travel and accommodation for international competitions
- Squad training camps and coaching fees
- Official England team kit and competition gear
- Entry fees for international events leading up to the European Championships
Even the smallest donation makes a huge difference. If you're not able to donate, sharing this page would also mean the world to me!
Let’s Do This Together
Representing England is an honor I don’t take lightly. I’m passionate about karate, and I’m fully committed to giving everything I have—every training session, every competition, every moment.
Thank you so much for supporting my journey. I hope to make you proud
— Nada
