A few days ago, my bicycle was stolen at the restaurant where I had just started working. That bike was my only way of transportation to get to school, work, and anywhere else I needed to go. This situation has affected me a lot because I depended on it every single day, and losing it has made things much more difficult for me. Now, I have to rely on friends or public transportation, which isn’t always reliable or available when I need it. It’s been stressful trying to keep up with my responsibilities, especially since I just started my new job and am also attending school.

That’s why I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes of raising enough money, along with my savings, to buy a used car. Having a safer and more reliable way to get around would help me avoid going through something like this again and would allow me to continue working and going to school without so many difficulties. A car would give me peace of mind and help me stay on track with my goals, both at work and in my education.
