Help me replace my Mini Countryman

Sunday May 23rd I was driving north on State route 3 in Belfair Washington, returning from delivering a pizza for my job. I noticed the car in the southbound lane was turning, Out of no where a full-sized Chevy pick-up with a trailer swerved into my lane from behind the car turning left and smashed into the front of my car at a collective 70-100mph.

I was lucky to sustain only a minor sprained wrist. My Mini that loved so much and I worked so hard to finally get was not so lucky. Her radiator was smashed into the engine and she is a total loss.

The driver of the Chevy does not have insurance. This was his third head on collision with another vehicle. I had uninsured motorist but this only covers the value of the car. Even after a pro-rated return from the warranty I'll have just enough to pay the loan off. My insurance also doesn't cover a rental for me, this would be something his insurance would normally pay for. So I am paying out of pocket and my insurance will attempt to sue him for the rental cost, but they told me there is no guarantee I will ever get the full amount back. 

As I mentioned, I deliver pizza for as my only source of income currently. Simply renting a vehicle nor getting rides to work are viable options in the long term. So this situation is directly effecting my livelihood, as well as possibly my employment.

The $4,000 I spent on a down payment, new tires, and 5 months of loan payments is gone in the wind unless I sue. A law suit would take time that I simply do not have in my current situation.

My father has sent money to assist but there is only so much he can do. As some of you who know me fairly well, I hate asking for help. But in this situation I'm a loss for what else to do. I don't have the time to wait on a lawsuit to get me money to replace my car.

The donations will go towards the rental car fees and a down payment on a new mini. I loved that car so much and I'm grateful that she saved my life. I don't expect anything, but any help I can get in this situation will be greatly appreciated. If my goal is reached on this any extra I get from court or insurance will most likely go to charity, I personally wouldn't feel right asking for money and then also taking money over my loan cost.
