My furnace and AC are over 40 years old and have become safety hazards, with risks like frozen pipes and lack of heat. I used the last of my savings on a home remodel that is still ongoing after three years, and I simply can't afford to put more money into repairs. On top of that, I paid for a new roof a few years ago, but it's leaking again and causing damage to my walls.
