I recently purchased a car from a dealership in Philadelphia, hoping it would be a reliable way to keep my life on track. Unfortunately, after I changed the oil, I discovered a serious problem—the dealership had put heavy oil in the car, and now the engine needs to be replaced. The repair is more than I can afford on my own, even after saving as much as I could.

Having a working car is not just a convenience for me—it’s essential. I run a small photography business that helps cover my living expenses, and without a vehicle, I can’t take on jobs or meet clients. On top of that, I’ve had three heart attacks and a diabetic attack, so I rely on my car to get to medical appointments and pick up my medication. Being without transportation puts both my health and my livelihood at risk.
