In 2022, I began covering youth sports across East Central Indiana. What started as something I did purely out of love for the game and for our local kids quickly became a passion. For two years, I photographed games voluntarily because I truly enjoyed capturing those moments, the hustle, the joy, the determination, and the memories families will hold onto for years.

After my husband passed away last February, photography became more than a passion. It became my primary source of income and the way I provide for my son and myself. I am incredibly grateful that I am able to make ends meet doing something I love and serving a community that has supported me so well.

Like many small business owners, I operate on very tight margins. While I can cover daily expenses, there isn’t much room left for major equipment replacements. Unfortunately, I am now at the point where I need to replace my computer and my main sports lens , two critical tools I rely on to edit, deliver, and continue providing quality action photography. The total cost for these items is approximately $5,000.

Several people over the past year have kindly told me to let them know if I ever needed help. Asking for support does not come easily to me, but I decided to create this GoFundMe rather than raise the cost of action photos and picture packages for families. My goal is to keep photography accessible while continuing to serve our youth sports community at the level they deserve.
