Help me replace a 7 year old computer

It is difficult to do most things with a 7 year old computer especially any type of quality 3D modelling. Like many people I have been severely ham strung by the pandemic and consistent medical bills but getting a much better pc will allow me to restart a hobby i love. This computer will also allow me to start making extra money.
