Help Me Repay the Kindness That Saved Betty’s Life
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Shauna, and I had to make an impossible choice this past week when my sweet cat Betty became critically ill.
Betty was diagnosed with pyometra, a life-threatening uterine infection. She had a dangerously high fever, was bleeding, and I could see in her eyes how much pain she was in. Without emergency surgery, she wouldn’t survive.
The total cost ended up being over $1,200—far more than I was originally told. I didn’t have the funds, but I couldn’t lose her. So I did what I had to do and reached out to people around me. They stepped up in a way I’ll never forget.
I had to borrow money from friends and family—people who were already stretched thin but opened their hearts wide to help us. Thanks to them, Betty made it through surgery and is now recovering.
Now I’m doing everything I can to repay those who put themselves in financial risk for me. That’s why I’m asking for help here.
If you can donate anything at all or share this page, you’ll be part of helping me make things right and showing gratitude to the people who helped save Betty’s life.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you.
With love,
