I need to get the transmission repaired or replaced on my car. Without my car, I cannot commute to work, go to the doctor, or even go to the store to buy groceries. I'm low-income, live in subsidized housing, have type 2 diabetes, and live paycheck to paycheck. The cost of this repair is far beyond what I can manage on my own.

Having reliable transportation is essential for me to keep my job, which in turn allows me to maintain my housing, keep the lights on, and put food on my table.
