Help me repair, maintain and upgrade my gear!

Hi. I'm Joey. You may know me from Sabertooth Unicorn, Tiger Shade, Quattro, Bro Brocean, Swoon, Concord Couch Concerts, or any of the other projects I've had the opportunity to perform with over the years.

While it may seem like I have the workload of a full-time musician, the truth is that most of these projects are labors of love and not exactly lucrative endeavors. What little money I make gigging at best covers the expenses of paying for my studio space and the general costs associated with performing live.

My trusty keyboard has been a workhorse over the past two years and has taken quite a beating going from studio to venue to festival and back. It needs maintenance and repair, but I can't send it away because I don't have a backup.

I am hoping to invest in another keyboard, so I can have a backup in the event of an emergency and ultimately incorporate both into my performance rig and open up a new world of sonic possibilities. I also hope to FINALLY start recording my "solo" album, comprised of all the compositions I've been working on in whatever spare time I have.

If you contribute to this fund, the money will be used to purchase a new keyboard, repair the old one, and buy all the various chords, pedals, stands, cases and other assorted gear that I need to take my playing to the next level. Once that is accomplished, the next step will be to pay for time in the recording studio and hire the guest musicians I want to feature on my album.

I know times are tough for many right now and I am so thankful to be able to pursue my passion and make all the music I get to make already. I'm posting this fundraiser for those that support what I do and want to help me do even more to bring joy to our community through music.
