I know there are many more important causes out there, but maybe there are some golf enthusiasts or people who enjoy helping someone achieve a personal goal.

I’ve been passionate about golf for the past three years, and last year, I was lucky enough to win a Me And My Golf VIP membership. To make the most of it, I signed up for a range membership at a golf club that’s conveniently located on my way to work. This cost €800 and has now expired.

Right now, I’m the sole earner in our family while my wife takes care of our two kids, which means there’s simply no budget left for hobbies – and that’s totally okay. We’re doing fine, but golf is more than just a hobby for me. It’s my way to unwind from work and a much-needed mental reset.

That’s why I’m reaching out for support to help cover the cost of another year of the range membership (800€). I’m fully aware that golf is a luxury, and there are many more urgent causes to support. But if anyone has a few spare euros and would like to help me keep this important part of my life going, I’d be incredibly grateful.

Hallo zusammen,

ich weiß, dass es hier viele wichtigere Anliegen gibt, aber vielleicht gibt es ja Golf-Enthusiasten oder Menschen, die gerne jemandem helfen, sich ein persönliches Ziel zu erfüllen.

Seit drei Jahren spiele ich mit großer Leidenschaft Golf und habe letztes Jahr das Glück gehabt, eine Me And My Golf VIP-Mitgliedschaft zu gewinnen. Um diese optimal zu nutzen, habe ich eine Range-Mitgliedschaft in einem Golfclub abgeschlossen, der direkt auf meinem Arbeitsweg liegt. Diese kostete 800 € und ist nun leider abgelaufen.

Da ich derzeit der Alleinverdiener in unserer Familie bin und meine Frau sich um unsere beiden Kinder kümmert, bleibt momentan einfach kein Budget für Hobbys übrig – und das ist auch völlig okay so. Uns geht es gut, aber Golf ist für mich mehr als nur ein Hobby: Es ist mein sportlicher Ausgleich zum Arbeitsalltag und ein echter mentaler Reset.

Daher versuche ich, mit eurer Unterstützung die Kosten für eine weitere Jahresmitgliedschaft zusammenzubekommen. Ich weiß, dass Golf ein Luxus ist und es viele dringendere Anliegen gibt. Aber falls jemand ein paar Euro übrig hat und mich dabei unterstützen möchte, würde ich mich riesig freuen.
