Help me relocate with my dog please.

Hello my name is Josh, I’m a veteran trying to rebuild my life after I broke my back.

In 2020 I broke my back and spent a year not working which drained my funds. Due to this injury I was unable to continue working in physically demanding jobs which is everything I’ve known. I’m struggling here in Indiana but have an opportunity that is too good to pass up in Washington state. However due to funds being drained from the past I am planning on staying with a friend whose place doesn’t allow pets. I want to bring my dog. But I may have to rehome her while I reestablish myself in my new career. I don’t have the funds right now to make a down payment for an apartment. I’m hoping you all can help me bring my dog to my new life.
