Dear friends,

After nearly a year of searching, averaging around 5 job applications a day since October (over 350 applications in total), I’ve finally been offered a job in Athens.

Despite my efforts to find work in Italy, I haven’t been able to secure an opportunity there, and have had to look beyond the country, where opportunities have been more accessible. This job in Athens represents a real chance for me to move forward and continue rebuilding my life.

My start date is 5th June, so I’m hoping to raise this amount by 25th May in order to make the transition possible.

At the moment, I don’t have the financial means to cover the upfront costs of relocating. I’m raising €2,500 to cover:

– Rent (first 2 months): €1,000

– Deposit: €1,000

– Basic living expenses until first salary (food, transport, essentials): €500

This support would allow me to settle in, start working, and become financially independent.
