I’m entering my senior year of engineering at California Polytechnic University, and I’m humbly asking for help to make it across the finish line. For most of my life, my family has lived on a single income. After battling cancer, my mom also became the primary caregiver for my grandma, who lived with severe dementia and passed last year. This year, my younger sister is starts college and my dad recently lost his job. To help support myself, I currently work three jobs while preparing for my final year of school. I will continue to work over the summer and through the school year. The funds raised will go directly toward my tuition and the materials required for my senior engineering project, a crucial part of my degree. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden and allow me to focus on finishing my degree and relieve my family of my some of their financial burden.
