Help me recover from my ex-roommate

My name is Luci. In November 2019, my now ex-roommate - let's call him Ahmad - invited two friends over who prefer to stay anonymous - let's call them Amanda and Sofia. (TL;DR at the bottom.)
I quickly became friends with both of them, but my ex-roommate was not happy about that. At some point the situation escalated with him screaming in anger and jealousy at us and threw things at us, and Sofia and I panicked since we have past traumas that are triggered by angry men, and escaped together with Amanda. A few days later I brought both to the airport but could only afford one last-minute flight back home for Amanda, so Sofia had to stay for 10 more days since that was when the next affordable flight was available. Both Sofia and Amanda have almost no money since they are unable to work due to their mental health.
Later that day I went to my home with Sofia to get a few things such as food because I was almost completely out of money. I discovered that Ahmad switched out the lock of the apartment door. I tried to contact Ahmad to tell him that he is not allowed to do that and has to hand me over the keys of the apartment, however he blocked me everywhere, and I was way too scared of him to call him, so I asked a friend of him to tell him. The only response I got was that I should take out my stuff within the next three days or else he will charge me.
Fast forward to 3 days ago, I was finally able to get my stuff out of the flat thanks to my Dad. However, earlier today I discovered that he broke both my laptop and my tablet and stole a game and a controller, which makes up a sum of 1000€ on its own. The last-minute flight was 141€, Sofia's flight home was 50€, food and drinks for the time were 100€, paying the people who allowed Sofia and me to stay at their place was another 50€, for the new flat I had to pay 1000€ up-front, and I also have to pay furniture somehow. I also need a new computer since he broke both my laptop and my tablet, and without both I can't even work and earn money (I'm a freelance software engineer and game developer).
TL;DR: My ex-roommate locked me out of my flat and caused me direct financial damage of 1000€, took rent money despite me being unable to even enter the flat and take my things out (400€ total) and caused me to pay 1500€ more than originally planned, and I have no money left to pay for furniture and a new computer, which I need to work and earn money. The bottom line is, I lost 2500€ because of him, have no money left atm and still have large expenses ahead. 1500€ would already help a lot.
